Cayenne™ examines the impact each of these three critical roles play on the potential business results of the selected initiatives.

Teams take on the role of external consultants performing an audit of a significant IT initiative.  As a group they analyze business conditions and make decisions about the project resources, timeline, cost and ultimate business value.

Six periods of performance are mapped against business value earned by the steering group, team and organization.  The real-time results are posted against each team and the performance factors of the implementation being audited.  Active discussions take place after each period as teams defend their position or gain insight into how the results were achieved.

An added feature for direct application at your organization includes assessment cards detailing project conditions for success around the three critical areas:  project team, organization and key sponsors.  This engaging exercise creates an opportunity to identify barriers to the success of the project as well as to identify enablers that will be worth supporting during the life cycle of the project.
